Shipping and Returns Policy
At AURELISSE, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find more information about our shipping, delivery times, and returns procedure.
Shipping
Once your order has been confirmed, it will be carefully processed and prepared for shipment. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code.
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Once your order leaves our fulfilment centre, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
The average delivery time is 7 to 10 business days after the order has been processed.
In case of limited stock, the delivery time may be extended by 2 to 3 business days.
We do our utmost to deliver every order as quickly as possible.
Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free.
Track Your Order
After shipment, you will automatically receive a track & trace code that allows you to easily track your order.
Returns
We understand that an item may sometimes not fully meet your expectations. You can submit a return request within 30 days after receiving your order.
Please contact our customer service before returning an item. After approval, you will receive the necessary return instructions.
To ensure that returns are handled safely, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking. This allows both you and us to track the return shipment until it has been successfully received.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused.
Items must be in their original condition.
Items must include any original labels and packaging.
Returns must be registered within 30 days after receipt.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after placement. After this period, the order may already have been processed and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refunds
Once your return shipment has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days before the amount appears in your account.
